We offer a 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If not satisfied please contact us so you can return the item for a refund.
(Buyer pays for return shipping. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.)
Product must be returned in the same condition as we sent it out to you.
(New/factory sealed items cannot be returned once opened and seal is broken.)
The 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee starts on the day your USPS tracking number shows that the item was delivered. If there is a problem within that time frame please contact us to initiate the return.

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. We also accept USPS Money Orders.

We ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) after receiving payment and combine shipping. We also pack well to insure that your item is properly protected during transit.
Individual games or anything under 16 ounces ship out via USPS First Class Mail for $6.99.
Individual strategy guides and books ship out via USPS Media Mail for $6.99.
Anything over 16 ounces ships out via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Small, Medium or Large Boxes for $12.99, $17.99 and $24.99 respectively.
All purchases come with free USPS Delivery Confirmation so you will be able to track your package. The USPS tracking number will be emailed to you immediately when your item ships.

► Combined Shipping ◄

Combined shipping is automatic and based on weight. Below 16 ounces it's $6.99, between 16 ounces and 2 pounds $12.99, between two & six pounds $17.99 and over $24.99.
Just add the games you want to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process; you will see the total shipping costs there before paying.

► Grading ◄

We use the following 3 tier rating system...
*Excellent* grade items are in superb remarkable condition.
*Good* grade items have a few minor flaws or some wear but are in decent shape.
*Acceptable* grade items will have severe cosmetic damage like torn labels and scratches but are working. We usually place Acceptable games in the Bruised Beauties section of our store with a large discount.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding an item’s condition please don’t hesitate to ask. We can provide additional info and photos of an item upon request.
