We offer a 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If not satisfied please contact us so you can return the item for a refund. The item must be returned in the same condition as we sent it out to you. We ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) after receiving payment. If your item is less than 16 ounces then you will receive it 3 to 5 days. (First Class Mail) If your item is a strategy guide or book then you will receive it 5 to 7 days. (Media Mail). If you’re charged $9.99, $17.99 or $24.99 when purchasing multiple items then you should expect your package in 2 to 4 days. (Priority Mail)

Orders under 4 pounds will ship via USPS First Class International and have a 7 to 10 day delivery time on average. Orders that are over 4 pounds are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and have an average delivery time of 5 to 10 days. Please keep in mind that these are estimates; it could be a bit longer or less depending on your location.

Combined shipping is automatic and based on weight. Below 16 ounces it's $6.99, between 16 ounces and 2 pounds $12.99, between two & six pounds $17.99 and over $24.99. Unfortunately, the United States Postal Service has raised their rates considerably recently. However, you can lower costs somewhat by combine shipping. For example; if your order is less than 2 pounds then you will pay $35 for delivery. We have specified most CIB games at 1 pound and loose carts at 8 ounces. We recommend experimenting to find the best combine shipping combo. You can also try contacting us to see if we can offer a better rate as the auto combined shipping algorithm our store uses is not perfect and can make mistakes.

All purchases come with free USPS Delivery Confirmation so you will be able to track your package. The USPS tracking number will be emailed to you immediately when your item ships. Please go to https://tools.usps.com and enter your tracking number there.

Please keep in mind that Ecrater compresses these huge photos to a more reasonable size when we upload them as not to slow down their servers.

We use the following 3 tier rating system... *Excellent* grade items are in superb remarkable condition. *Good* grade items have a few minor flaws or some wear but are in decent shape. *Acceptable* grade items will have severe cosmetic damage like torn labels and scratches but are working. We usually place Acceptable games in the Bruised Beauties section of our store with a large discount. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an item’s condition please don’t hesitate to ask. We can provide additional info and photos of an item upon request.

We mail via USPS Priority containers or brand new sturdy cardboard boxes for CIB and fragile games. (PS1, Sega CD ECT) We buy and collect games too so know how frustrating it is to receive a game that was improperly packed and is damaged because of it. We understand that condition is important to collectors and will always insure that your item is properly protected. Please see our feedback for proof of this.

By default all parcels are marked with our store name and logo. However we can ship without branding upon request. We also can include a gift bow and a note which has a personal message that you specify inside the package free of charge. If purchasing an item as a gift and you want it concealed please let us know via the Message to the Seller section of your invoice.

Yes, we would be happy to discuss trading or purchasing games from you. If you have some old games you want to sell for cash or trade for merchandise credit at our store please contact us.

The answer usually is no as we sell NTSC USA games unless stated otherwise in the description. If you have any doubt about compatibility please contact us first before purchasing as international shipping is expensive and nonrefundable. However Sega Master System games are cross region compatible.

The posters are approximately 11" wide by 22" inches long. They are on the smaller side because they were included with Nintendo Power Magazines and are attached to a single page folded 3 times vertically.

No, NTSC PS1 & PS2 discs are region locked so you won't be able to play them on a PAL European PS3 console.

Yes! Sega Master System carts have no region lock protection so they are cross region NTSC and PAL compatible.

Unfortunately no, Pal European N64 consoles are region locked and will not play USA and Japanese NTSC games. An easy and affordable way around this is to simply buy a USA NTSC console as they are relatively cheap and easy to find.
